Strategic - A master of his own mind and one who uses it. Razor is a quick thinker and actor. He knows where wand when to use his talents not to mention which situations not to get into. If he does get himself into a situation he will find the best way to deal with it to his capabilities. He does not let his opponents get the drop on him willingly nor does he give them a second chance to do something they already managed to do to him.

Personality:

Kiso is a rather cocky individual who doesn’t much care for anyone’s opinion. He does what he wants when he wants. Allowing nothing to prohibit him and if there is something that does he does what he can to remove it. The young Namekian warrior is rather quiet person when it comes to dealing with the public as he never knows what to think about anyone he hasn’t fought.

Appearance:

Razor has a rather strange spiked plate like armoring at the top of his head which comes down to his nose. The plate streaks off behind his head a good three inches spiking off into three sharp spike which the plate like skull armor circles through. This part of his head seems to spread down into what seems to be some form of grated breathing device which is his mouth. On either side of the nose that leads to this are his pitch black eyes. His armor looking skin is a tinted white making it seem almost like some form of paste like paint color.

Everything on his body is a paste white color except his shoulder muscles, the top muscle of his lower arm, the upper part of the muscle of the lower arm, his chest muscles, hands, and feet. Those are all a dark blood red ruby color which gives them almost the appearance of the gem like substance. His tail his thick and white all the way down to the very tip. On The back of his neck leading up to the armor plating part of his head the red gem like color can be seen again.

Biography:

Razor was born with an oddly low power level somewhere around twenty or thirty so in disgrace his parents sent him away. He soared through the darkness of space for only a few days before his strange pod came crashing into a winter covered mountain top. The Changeling soon woke to find himself in new and bewildering surrounding. No one had come to see the crash site yet but it didn’t tae long for people to crowd around to see the alien.

Sadly they were not the cheery crowd the youngster expected but there was one among them who had not judged him right off the bat. The old hermit took him in thinking that all life was précis. This is where he grew and learned about the planet through home teaching and his new father’s personal mentor. Here he stayed until he was in his teens or what appeared to be his teens. From then on he was on his owns roaming the icy plains making his own life and his own living off the things the land had to provide.

Abilities:

Ki Sense - An accurate sense of the approximate number of ki somebody has. Makes scouters obsolete and is the only known method of sensing Dark Ki. With Ki Sense, you can also locate dragon balls without the use of a radar.

Psychokinesis - The ability to use ki to move objects without touching them. Though this may appear similar to the more mundane Telekinesis, this is far more potent. Psychokinesis can be used to directly affect opponents or even imbue objects with ki so they can be used as weapons against super powered enemies.

Techniques:

Flight - By accessing the energy around them, the user can lift themselves up into the air and control movement, allowing them to literally fly through the sky.

Custom Combat Moves:

Kinetic Push - the user will use psychokinetic energy to push the opponent away with great force. This is like being shoved away by a massive open palm. This is more effective against flying targets. This can cause damage as it is an offensive technique
