Like: Linkin Park. Yes, me, Emily, I am a Linkin Park fan. You can laugh it up all you want, but the nostalgia factor just gets to me. God damnit.

People hear Chester Bennington sing, and people associate it with heavy because he has a blatant disregard for his vocal chords. Then again, I'm convinced that he lip syncs in at least half of his concerts, so take that how you will.

Overall, I think they're just pedestrian at best. I like Bennington's version of that Queen of the Damned song, though.

EDIT: On the topic of music, I hate Rob Zombie. The B-movie horror theme wears thin after the first or second time.

It's so weird, I usually care if bands are good in concert and aren't "autotuned" or whatever, but with Linkin Park I just don't care. Sometimes autotuning just sounds good with certain music? I dunno.

I've heard live cuts of/from LP. They're not bad live.

Three Days' Grace, on the other hand...

Awesome music. But there is no stage presence. None. Waste of eighty bucks, that was. And Sum 41 was there, too. *Snort* Like anyone cared.

I found Skillet to be superior live than on their album, or well it was technically an album but it was an album of them live.

You assume my question had anything to do with any band in particular. I find it interesting that you blame the "artist" instead of the consumer, though.

So, you'd have no problem with someone who could sing on their own using it as an effect in their songs?
