So does that mean you go to Hell if your not active, Heaven if you are and Kai's if you're super active?

Not necessarily, for any of those. Its simply a gauge to assist us in making this decision. Being very active does improve your chances to get into Kai's, for example, but it wouldn't necessarily be a free ticket. I'd say that activity would have more effect on the vote between Heaven and Hell than bringing Kai's into the process.

The decision to incorporate an activity member came about due to a suggestion from a staffer during your judgment discussion.

I have made a small amendment to the Roleplaying Rules. This is something that was already covered under the section about "bunnying" but as I've heard of a situation involving someone doing this during the recent saga, I felt the need to reiterate and to make a special mention of it.
