Hate: So, quite uncharacteristically (because I fucking love procrastinating), I spent several hours writing an essay last night with the intent of having my professor read it over for me (she's one of those professors who is cool enough to do that). So I'm all jogging to her office this morning with my 25 cents worth of printing only to see that she had meetings all day... This is what I get for not procrastinating like I normally do.

I need to reiterate for my own sake.
I hate flat tires.
I hate injured arms.
I hate cuts on my hands.
I hate almost breaking a $300 woofer.

Like: I'm staying home today to do some school test, so as long as I'm fresh it doesn't really matter.

My Xbox bricks every time I overuse the power from my power board and it quickly shuts off. I leave it for a while with the power unplugged and it comes good again. *shrug*
I heard that there was another PS3 patch bug, so be careful if you haven't downloaded it already.

"Bricks"?
Red Ring of Death? Or am I just not in with the new lingo?

To 'brick' an electronic device is to render it no more useful than a paperweight, or, in this case, a brick.
A 'bricked' cellphone, for instance, is worthless, except as a paper weight or maybe a chew toy for a dog.

RROD is an infamous fault with Xbox 360's wherein they would generally overheat and fail to turn on, display the red ring around the power button, hence the name. It became so commonplace that Microsoft offer a three year warranty for any Xbox that RROD's, even the new models with improved components.

I like how I haven't had any issues with my Xbox FOR OVER A YEAR. That's got to be a record or something. I think it probably has something to do with the fact I no longer play 4-5 hour sessions like I did when I used to spend all night playing GOW.
