nooo. make a new layer. select the pencil 1 px and draw a border around the image. click in one corner, then go to the next corner hold shift and click there. =(

Or you could go to select->select all->modify->Border-> whatever pix you want->edit->fill-> whatever color. Stop being mean koola. ;(

Mines very simple :/ Select everything and go up to the select tab. Go to modify and choose border. Make how many pix you want. then fill it with color of your choosing. Its the big boy way.

Black looks awful with the green and blue on Pikkon. =/

And the sig is just.....well, the picture is too small for the sig.
