I should think the severe vaginal trauma the woman endured spewing your naked, blithering self into our laps makes her deserving of a few rainbows and wishes. Either that or a hefty prison sentence for crimes against humanity. Either way I think retarded is (possibly) a bit strong.

Since you didn't specify what type of vehicle you're after, I'd reccomend a unicycle. Wonderful things.
