Hate: Redbull.
Apparently it's supposed to increase your concentration but I've noticed the last few times I've drank it, it actually does the exact opposite to me. I can't seem to focus on anything after drinking it, my mind goes blank.

Who the hell told you it's supposed to increase your concentration?

I love Redbull and fully back its claim. I'm in sales and it can get to be emotionally and mentally exhausting work, however, with a redbull I can avoid the drain all together. However, I don't believe it physically does anything for you. I tried drinking a red bull before a kumite and all it did was make breathing more complicated (Same effect soda has on me during any exercise)
But for emotional and mental clarity, I love it. ![]() Ashe Wrote:Attention all - SHUT UP BEFORE I SUCK THE FART OUT OF YOUR ASSHOLES.

Red Bull has the opposite of its desired effect on me. I like it, but if I wanted to have an energy drink, I would want one that doesn't make me sleepy. xD

Dont drink a energy drink of any kind before doing something physical it's bad for your health. I made a mistake in highschool of being to tired before football practice and drank a Monster and almost died on the field. Also soda and energy drinks with anything physical can also cause fatigue and crash. Jusssayin

As for Saz, it's all about how your body metabolizes it. Some people on Riddilin are great and fine. It makes me go batshit crazy and hyper. [SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Reminds me of this exercise program advertisement disclaimer I saw.
'DOES NOT GUARANTEE WEIGHT LOSS, MUST BE USED COMBINED WITH HEALTHY DIET AND REGULAR EXERCISE IN ORDER TO WORK' Totally want to pay for that. [SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

If you pay for an exercise program and you don't follow those two things then you're an idiot. Those disclaimers are just there for legal protection; the same reason why Dunkin Donuts puts 'contents are hot' on their coffee. Like, no shit, if you order a hot coffee it's hot. Same thing, like, no shit, if you purchase or engage in an exercise program you'll need to actually exercise and eat healthy to lose weight. ![]()

It is common sense. It frightens me we live in a world where we need to have disclaimers for that. Imagine if hospitals suddenly start smacking disclaimers on babies 'must breathe in order to survive'.
... Okay that probably wont happen but it could! [SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]
When I first born I would often forget to breathe...
