Like: That Riot is much better than Blizzard and other companies in the sense of being open. If something happens to WoW, Blizz tends to just not say a word until the servers are back up and usually their estimates are wrong. They can be down for 6 hours after the estimated time but there will be no update to let you know why. Riot at least updates their post to explain their current status and keep people informed.
I really like this thread currently going on where a few of the server crew members are discussing the actual problems and where the company is going in terms of server stability and also pointing out that they are still hiring more for competitive pay to assist, but explaining why its not as simple as "buy more servers" like the trolls keep saying.

Like: I was somehow kicking ass as a level THIRTEEN warlock in Warsong Gulch against another team that was mostly 19's. It got to the point where both teams had the flag, and somehow our entire team could not get past our graveyard... except me. *sunglasses*
Hate: When I got to the other team's base I realized that I was up against 3 people (including the flag guy) by myself. I told my team "Well I guess I have to Leeroy Jenkins it", and some person didn't know what that meant. Is that even possible in WoW?

Sounds like my bi-monthly "World Planning" magazine is finally seeing results. Granted, he's not the most STABLE of our reading group, but he certainly will be getting this months "Most Proactive" award!
