okay, i'm sick and tired of google returning directories whenever i search for ANYTHING
the attached image is what happens when i google "wikipedia," which i chose as an example because of it's massive popularity. the top five returns are fucking directories, all of them being completely irrelevant and useless business-oriented directories. when i search for anything else that is less well-known the entire first page is full of links to directories.
this shit started happening at the same time when "instant" auto-searching was integrated, but i don't get the connection. what is happening?

What did you do to your google man? Mine is fine. My top 3 when I search for wikipedia are wikipedia, the english wikipedia and the wikipedia article on wikipedia.

dunno. i turned instant searching off, and now i can't even turn it back on. i'm just going to backup my bookmarks and reinstall the browser.
edit not that this will help but fuck if i can do anything else at this point

Hate: The influx of new games coming out in the next month. Looks like it's time to rush to try and finish Mass Effect 2. I think Halo Reach actually came out today, I don't wanna wait too long after it's release to get it like I have done recently with other games.

They're changing it up a lot Rem? So far I'm enjoying the controls and gameplay. I know the second or third time I play will be the best because I'm still learning right now, duelist/dual weapons guy at the moment and love it. Think I'll go assassin but unsure if I can, need to pick up the manual and read it.
Also hate my sister waiting until the electric company turns off her lights to tell me she needs the money to pay her bill. Ended up paying 172 when the bill was originally 114 or something she said. *sighs* why couldn't I have been an only child?
Speaking of children...

I haven't played Mass Effect, I did buy Halo 3 but i'm going to take it back and put the money towards Fable 3 and just buy one or two more games online. Fucking gamestop employees are trying to say my edge card expired but I checked the balance online and I have 12 bucks on it and it doesn't expire until june of next year.

Yeah I was really annoyed about it too. I liked both DA and ME for what they were, I don't need them to be both the same game. In fact, DA was my favourite RPG in years and I wouldn't have changed much at all about it, not even the lack of voice acting for the main character.
