Forum Visibility to Guests

Needs to be back on, for the sake of bringing in new blood.

I remember there being a reason why we didn't, but I don't remember what it was.

No one wants to join a forum that they can't see anything about.

We disabled it to cut down google crawler traffic and reduce CPU usage as it was causing the hosting service to suspend the CDBZ account.

You could possibly just make it more clear to guests that they are allowed to Register without Joining first.

We need to figure out some sort of work-around, then. Something to make it visible and known that we are, indeed, roleplaying and active, and to indicate the sort of roleplaying that we do here.

I was talking with another staff member and the idea of a basic webpage came up. Something that looks professional that, at the beginning, just has a nice looking banner and a "What we do here" statement. Then a link sending them to the forums.
