Play nice, place a translator on the table, have the aliens come in and indicate that all species are this way, expansionist, that they don't desire excessive slaughter, that he would be a significant and well-rewarded asset, that they are not dictators, etc etc

This is something we'll need to think about: what drives the invaders? What is their temperament? A saiya-jin clone would just be annoying.

Was thinking about this during the day and thought of a couple ideas. Well... they're basically the same idea with slightly different twists.

The first idea is that the "invaders" aren't actually the ones that want to invade. They're composed of races that have been enslaved by some over-arching "big bad." The real invaders don't care whether their slaves live or die so they take an "eh... why not?" approach to launching massive invasions.

The second one is much simpler. The soldiers that the members are fighting are just bred. Either purely genetic engineering or some kind of worker/soldier caste of the invaders that's relegated to just mindless attacks while the noble/elite/whatever caste takes up the Officer role in invasions.

I really like what Juno is doing here. Just, plain out, complete, awesome. And extremely active too. So far, the frontrunner of the members, no doubt.

Tentative Update:

Juno, taken to the secondary military base outside of Ja City. His Medic group is clearly no more. Here, it is announced that a blockade has begun around the spaceport (complete with a governing, grand poobah FUCKINGHUGESPACESHIP miles above the spaceport, coordinating the lesser spaceships, which are smaller, automated drones). We're talking a spaceship the size of a city. Juno is tasked with organizing an assault group against this spaceship, and is given two Update cycles to do so.

Buff: Experience (throughout the rest of the saga) - Juno has seen and slain many of the enemy ranks, and thus has the capacity to speak with a recognizable authority.

Debuff: Oozaru Fatigue (One Update cycle) - Juno has transformed recently, and is exhausted from that transformation. He is now at 50% CA.
