Would it be a problem if I put Dehan on Vegeta with one of those ticket thingies that were offered a while ago? If not I'll find a way around it.

No, but this is the last time. Once you're on Earth. You're there until you leave by other means.

Alright. Though I really don't see why a new character can't start on another planet. There any reason why its not that way?

A new character can start on a new planet. I never said they couldn't. I was merely implying that the ticket is null and void after this change since this thread is about using the ticket. Not changing your starting planet for a new character.
