A tournament, for those of you unfamiliar with the phrase.

The format: single elimination, three posts per side, forty-eight hours for each post

The judgment of the victor in fights will be determined via a popular vote from the community. Each vote must be accompanied by a general comment/criticism (constructive, of course) of each of the writers involved. CA will not be taken into account for the judgment of fights. No member may vote in his/her own fight.

The fight is for 4500 Zeni (1000 Zeni to each finalist with an additional 2500 Zeni to the victor).

Free transportation will be provided, via teletube, to all participants who are not on Namek.

The Budokai Tenkaichi is a 'safe' event. There is zero chance of a character dying in a fight.

The tournament will be opened up on March 10th for introductory posts and general schmoozing. Sign-ups will close on March 14th and brackets will be posted on the 15th, at which point the corresponding fights will officially begin.

Probably a silly question...but I assume that participation will boost XP and CA?

Bit of a newbish question...just wasn't sure if zeni is all that is at stake. Smile

When would such an event be taking place?

Last question then; would I be disqualified since I'm currently on Mercy, or will I be able to attend due to Fluid Time?

You cannot roleplay in two threads at once, or in two places at once.

Free transportation is being provided to Namek. You can sign up here without being on Namek, though you will need to be in Namek by the start time if you sign up.
