Here's the math as I see it.

Right now, we have a 1 in 4 chance of lynching a mafia member. Not too good, but considering the ratio never exceeds 3 in 7 we have to make decisions while we can.

If we lynch someone who is not a mafia member we increase our odds of catching a real on next turn to 3 in 11, but decrease our odds of survival.

If we lynch someone who is a mafia member we decrease our odds of catching a real mafioso to 2 in 11, but increase our odds of winning this game.

I believe we need to make a decision and stand by it. If we're wrong, we still better our chances for next time. At the very least we can start narrowing down our choices. My votes stands for Waff. I hope we can reach some kind of consensus here.

By the time we get to vote again There will be 11 of us. you have to remember, they get they're decisions too, and theirs isn't a guessing game.

So We can either be in a 2-10 scenario or a 3-10.

So we know we're losing atleast 1 goodguy before the next voting process. Mafia will probably try to take out the townspeople closest to assuming correctly.

So we have to pay attention to who mafia kills.

But Whompt is right, at least for this first vote, we have to be decisive.

Except that we all know you can cast blame from a crowd and cast your vote a different direction! So long as you can keep diverting people's attentions away from your true intent, BOUNCING BLAME, you and your comrades are safe.

Your math is a bit off.

Worst case scenario is that by the start of the next day we have a 3 to 7 ratio, improving our odds of picking right next time. Best case scenario, unless we have a doctor or something, is that we have a 2 to 8 ratio. With a doctor who picks right, we'll have a 2 to 9 ratio.

I'm not the one who began a campaign against Waffuru! If there is equal knowledge of who is mafia and who isn't EXCEPT for those in the mafia, would it not make sense that every mafia member would vote for somebody that it was easy to pin the blame upon?

And what point is there in selecting Waffuru all at once like that? He doesn't show any more signs of being a mafia than any other townsperson. In addition to this, it was YOU who voted for him initially and then your two lackies saddled up to join him pretty promptly. It looks like a conspiracy to place someone in the lime light and then hang em out to dry to me.

He's a hypocrite. He's trying to indict me on mixing up my opinions and he assumes I'm trying to stir everyone's directions. When actually he's the one doing it. He's accused more people than I as well.
