I wager that they probably hit the nurse, and that's why no one ended up dying.

So, they'll probably try to take out the nurse thru votes, now knowing the nurse's identity.

I think that aslong as we dont lynch the sheriff or nurse by accident we have a great chance of outlasting the mafia.

What if, this is hypothetical of course, a majority posts and immediately votes for a No-Lynch or something, and it passes. Do the people who couldn't post because the Day Phase ended so quickly get killed? I don't want to be on a road trip or something then get killed because I couldn't respond in time.

That's... that's not how the nurse works? They don't auto heal themselves when attacked. They have to deliberately say, "I, Nurse Bob, vote to save myself tonight." At least, when I've played this before, that's how it works.

The mafia would still be as clueless as the rest of us for the positions of sheriff and nurse. They'd know Bob had been saved, but they wouldn't know if Bob saved himself or if Alice was the nurse and had randomly (and successfully) selected to save Bob.

HENCE THE DILEMMA.
