I'm just saying that there is no reason that being critical of a game should for any reason ban you from anything. The argument that, "It's the rules!" is stupid because then it becomes an issue of having retarded rules.

I think everyone gets what you are saying. But no one knows whether it was "legitimate critical comments" or just flat out trolling. I don't think its a retarded rule to ban someone for having a post history of weekly posting going "Your company is absolutely terrible and you should stop making games, just sayin'" because yes, although that could be called voicing criticism on a single post analysis, its not simply criticism when you notice that this person and all of their friends are posting this comment in every single thread they can for a week, creating massive amounts of forum noise so that others lose the ability to also be able to communicate on the forum.

I could have posted nothing more offensive than something Mister Rogers would type up on a launch day on the official forums of a high profile game and not be surprised to get banned. Its like a city riot on those days, shit like that happens all the time. No big deal in its self. He could have posted an image of his gaping anus that doesn't mean he should be blocked from accessing a product he paid for for any amount of time though.
