This is actually a terrible knockoff for an actual entertainment news site, Stuff.co.nz

When I looked at the actual Stuff website, there is no mention of Rebecca Black being a part of any movie or anything.

Traceroute confirms that the origin of arkmusicfactory.com is San Jose, California. If what I've read is right they're based out LA and it would make more sense for them to have servers in San Jose than the site being faked.

If it were faked I'd hit a bouncer or something.

ArkMusicFactory is a record label founded last year. This explains why the site looks new and why Black's mom was able to afford getting the song made.

You have to admit, bad as it was that video is pretty good for 2 grand. As I understand, the company wrote the song, shot the video and did all the editing? Pretty good, given the price.


Edit: and, if nothing else, this one has put them on the map, even if it's mostly negative towards the video itself, far more people know of it than ever would've otherwise, and many probably think like I do on how good a deal it seems to be.
