Whenever you play with Chubbs people you're playing with people above your league. Just because we stomp you doesn't mean that you're bad, you just don't have as much experience as some of us do. It was like that with me as well way back in the beta, and just about every one of my friends.

A definite FIRST for me: I got COMPLIMENTED by the other team in all chat! Crazy shit. At first I thought they were being sarcastic but then like, 3 of them were like, "GOD TANK" and shit and I was very proud... Just weird to see that kind of thing in my experience.

I do sometimes, like I did against this MF I just played again. Went 28/11/11, hit us like a damn truck. Our Amumu could take about 5 hits before dying, never ending damage and slow. Sadly, she couldn't carry her team enough, but it was very close.

I compliment others occasionally. A game I was in earlier today I was Galio laned against Mindreader Ashe. Seriously, I like, never landed a single skillshot. Tried predicting, she didn't run far enough. Tried targeting head on, ran away. It was infuriating and impressive at the same time. I often compliment other people on an early kill or string of kills. One game as Renekton, I got hailed as a hero at the end by two teammates (who did pretty damn well themselves) and then we went on to play another.

I'll compliment people on things that deserve it. Just earlier today an Ezreal on the other team landed a VERY risky blink>Q combo for a kill. Showed a very good understanding of his own damage output.

I anticipate a queue so I log on like 10 minutes before I want to actually play. They really, really need new servers or something though - my short experience with the game has been that it's down fucking half the time.

The champions bit of the shop can apparently no longer arrange by IP, and always tries to sell you the Brand bundle (RP only) even when you filter it by IP costs. That's kind of irritating.

Edit: But hey, free Riot Points. That's kind of sweet.

I'm not sure what happened but it seems they've had a big influx in players that they can't handle. I'm sure they will be doing something to remedy it because it's fucking awful at the moment.

If I had to guess the queue is a partially a fake. I don't know if they're using a login server or not. They may be doing direct authentication (not like how WoW has an Auth Server before it hands you off to the Realm). I think they're doing it to keep the stress down on whatever server we're hitting to login.

They've already said as much. The queue was implemented to help Riot throttle the numbers a bit for the servers.

So, does anyone else who plays casters always spring for the CDR boots over Sorc's? I rarely see MR stacking opponents and if I do it's usually just the one and I love CDR,

If I'm playing tank, I usually end up with quite a bit of MR. I try to keep my Armor and MR even for balanced teams, but if the team is overly-magic or overly-physical, i'll adjust my build accordingly.

No. There are more gold-efficient ways of getting CDR. Morello's Evil Tomb and Deathfire Grasp both give CDR and AP, for example. A Glacial Shroud will give CDR, Mana, and some defense; all good stats.

You shouldn't look at Sorc's as a counter to stacking MR. An early pair of Sorcs will put at almost full damage against enemies and that's worth a lot more than 15% CDR nine times out of ten.

Ionia boots are good for champs who rely on their cooldowns but don't need the spell pen (Renekton, Janna, Alistar, etc.).
