I actually tried to write this post several times, because I want to help people who take the game so seriously that they enrage themselves, but it's difficult to do this since some people just take their gaming more serious from get-go. All I can say is unless the match is important, just relax. Try your best, didn't work? Think back on the game and just list the reasons on how you yourself could have played better. Probably in a constructive matter and not like "I FUCKING SUCKED TEEMO BUNS". I know that some games are lost because of a team, but the only permanent factor in solo-queue is yourself. That's the only factor you can change with a permanent effect on your game.
Also, there are way too many people who play LoL now on Chubbs. Filling entire games.

I went off and played some Left 4 Dead 2 for a bit, came back and got ONE WHOLE GAME before being disconnected!
I was destroying with Nasus (went mid and got insanely overpowered very fast) despite my entire team constantly dying, managed to get one of their inhibitors in a solo kamikaze push ... then whilst I'm waiting to respawn, telling them "DEFEND MID, THEY ARE COMING MID", two champions singlehandlely destroy our base while my four allies fight a turret and two of their champions. Jeeeeez.

The worst part was that the enemy team was terrible. Ashe dying to towers not even trying to chase a champion terrible. Our team was just terrible-er.

Why normal is worse than ranked solo:
0/5/2 Me

0/7/0 Cho
0/6/0 Corki

So, the only two kills our ENTIRE team got were me and Akali up top against a shitty Olaf. Every minute, one of our teammates died, feeding the shit out of every carry they had, which could, literally, solo the turret and both of us at top by 10 minutes. We could not do anything, at all. Their Brand alone had 8 kills by 9 minutes, mostly Corki and a gank at bottom. I don't think I've ever lost so hard, so quickly, and so humiliatingly.
At 20 minutes they were at our Nexus towers. Fucking stupid.

Yep, my experience is that ranked solo gives you a better chance at winning than Normal these days. >.>

Yeah, because of server wonkitude everyone who logged in the last few days gets 350 which I think is pretty sweet
Essentially they gave me just enough to buy Gragas, since I've only seen one and I was in a diff lane. So far I've liked most of the rarely used champs, so I figure I'll try this one

No....Gragas sucks as far as I can tell, never using that guy. Galio, also rarely used also sucks but I love his ult so I use him anyway

Gragas is a great champ. His ultimate is amazing once you get used to it. He's also unstoppable in a side lane.

Gragas is actually awesome, and he's not as rarely used as you'd think. He's just received a series of nerfs lately because he became flavor of the month for a bit.
