So my back is still bothering me and I strained it yesterday as my first day to return to work, right? I put some heating pads on it and was hoping I could just deal with it again today at work since I don't need to keep calling in. One of the girls there that is a server but also works the sushi area (one of three people) texts me asking if she could work for me today since she knew I'd hurt my back and she wanted the money. While we're closing the deal, today's sushi guy texts her wanting her to work for him saying he can't. That's unfortunate. So she has to work for him instead, since they have fewer people that can fill in there. She said she'll ask her brother since he wanted to pick up, but alas. Now I'm routed to possible others who also said they "might", but its rough because most people are having "420 emergencies" and are throwing down money to pay people to work today where I simply don't have the money to compete with it because I don't live with my parents.
