eh...that's kinda iffy. It's always struck me as something that's hugely douchey, but not reportable.

Kinda like how chronic and purposeful KS-ing at the detriment of the rest of the team is douchey but not necessarily reportable.

If the person KSing is a carry then it's actually good for the team. If the person KSing is a tank or support and they're purposely doing it then I'd say report.

I played against her today. In non-Draft mode, she is RIDICULOUS. You NEED some way of locking her down or she will murder your entire team. Good luck building resistance against someone doing True damage.

Also is the range on her spear-wall-stun thing bugged? It's hilariously big and fucked me over 4-5 times in that game because I was like "probably Poppy charge range". >_<
