Guys, I know that nobody will really pay attention to me, but I have a slight concern.

On day 3, Waffuru claimed to be Amumu, using his "Amumu" powers to save Kaden. I know this is false because I am Amumu, the sad mummy. I think Waff is trying to push suspicion off of himself by claiming to be something he's not. I believe Waffuru to be mafia.

I used my skill on night 2 to ensure that Kaden would get to continue with his plan at least through the next day. I really hope someone listens to me, but in all likelihood Waff will make the exact claim that I am making and nobody will pick my side.

I wouldn't expect the 'doctor' to reveal themselves without good reason, and Waff didn't really have good reason. He could've been lynched last night but wasn't. Given that you revealed later, I'm inclined to believe you.

[COLOR="White"]Merr is HIGHLY unlikely given that Kami publicly suspected/lynch voted him. Unless, of course, Morde ghosted him.

Waf was one of the people not listed by Kami on Day 2, which means being a mafia member is pretty likely. He was, however, one of the first votes for Josh, but he may have had a power that prevented him from having friendly fire or something.

However, I'm willing to get behind everybody.

All this steamrolling worries me.

We're looking at probably four Mafia (plus one, on the Ghost? Not sure how that dynamic works) and two are down, and the townspeople are already starting to collect evidence and become confident in other people. We have the space to take this slow, and I suggest we take it.

Jarka's analysis is worthwhile, though we should take into account how quickly the lynch vote went up, and how simply being offline for that day would lead to instant suspicion. Also, Mafia (to be charitable?) aren't stupid, and can easily jump on the bandwagon when public opinion turns against a Mafia member. Which is to say, grain of salt. We should definitely keep it in mind for the rest of the game, but it should not become our Bible.

Honestly, there's so much shit going on in this topics, with so many people claiming so many things, I can't keep it straight. Rose is Cho, Merr is claiming to be Amumu, Waff claimed to be Amumu; one of them is wrong.

I'm withholding my vote to make a point, though I do think it's worthwhile to vote for Waff. The backfire is if Waff turns out to be Maff, it'll look mad suspicious on me, but whatever. Hopefully this point will be made. We can, and should, take this slow; once we become more certain who is and isn't mafia, and what our abilities are and the abilities of others, we have the ability to divebomb the Mafia. Rose still has a chomp, Kaden still has Bloodthirst (or whatever), etc etc.

After the first 10, the likelihood of the voter being mafia skyrockets, as they can comfortably say they voted for a mafia lynch while not actively being responsible for the death of a teammate.

So, a couple of hours ago everyone was gung-ho to follow Jarka's logic and lynch someone based on it. Now it's being completely ignored. Waff and Teemer were the first people to vote for Josh, without any knowledge of whether or not that vote would go through. Moreover, Waff had been trying to lynch Josh since day 1. Either its an incredibly elaborate mafia plan or Merr is lying.

We have no idea what kind of crazy powers people have and, without actual information, we should use the time we have. Yeah, I think someone should be lynched today, we don't want to waste time, but it shouldn't be done as a knee-jerk reaction.

When we have a good chance at a mafia kill, we shouldn't give up our day's lynch and freely give them more opportunities to win. Yeah, we could probably get away with waiting another day and letting them have another kill. Does that mean we should? o_0

Unless there's only three mafia (highly unlikely), they will have an opportunity for a kill tonight.

Again, as above, I'm not saying Waff shouldn't be voted for, but I am personally abstaining to make a point.

You also quoted the shakiest of my logic, the votes for Josh. As Meer said, anybody who wasn't able to log on might have altered the credence of the "First 10 are least likely to be mafia" claim.

Waffuru fits perfectly into the mold of the first part of the logic, which is the people lacking in Kami's suspicion list. T. Merr was repeatedly a target of the mafia poking at him in the previous days, meaning he's likely not mafia, especially if Waf is.

It also helps that T. Merr (sort of) acted in character as Amumu on the first day, meaning he probably is Amumu. Meaning Waffuru is probably lying.

We're not going to get much clearer of a lynch target, barring somebody flat out saying they're mafia.[/COLOR]

Well, I guess I'd rather take a chance than not lynch at all. The part of your logic that I quoted wasn't the shakiest (in a game where information is key, the only concrete information we usually have is lynch votes), it was the part that directly contradicted what was going on. You post your reasoning and a vote based on it and people follow. That's people being gung-ho.
