Obviously, run Smite/Ghost. Rank Tiger first and activate in the fountain. Take a cloth armor and 5 pots. 0/21/9 masteries ( masteries here). If you start with a leash on blue you should be able to get it no problem. Reactivate Tiger every time its off CD and smite at ~500 HP and you should be good to go. I run attack speed, dodge, MP5, and HP on my runes, but you should be able to do it without them.
Phoenix does clear the jungle a little faster/safer, but Tiger is SOOO much better at taking out champions and towers. You come out with a level 3 tiger and you'll fuck someone up.

Anyone play Lee Sin much? Finally got around to giving him a try, and I have a hard time deciding when to blow his second abilities vice waiting the two auto attacks to maximize his passive

Survival > passive
If you think you're going to lose a fight without the shield/armor buff/lifesteal then pop it. Don't try to squeeze out that extra AA and get stomped for it. Same goes for shielding other people. Though keep in mind how much damage he actually shields (which isn't much) and don't waste it on someone at three HP when there's someone else who can still fight and is at half.

It can be used for some RI-DIC-ULOUS jukes as well. I've had a few moments that I was fairly proud of with juking with his W repeatedly, I just failed at then connecting the following Q to let me completely escape.

I've played her, she's pretty fun depending on the amount of beef on the other team. Hate picking someone like her and seeing a bunch of tanky dps though

First of all, if there's one champion that you just have fun playing, play them. Absolutely.
My problem with LeBlance is that she has ZERO versatility. She is an AP burst assassin. That's the one thing she can do. We're still -- kind of -- tending away from tank DPS as the dominant meta, which makes assassins, as an archetype, not very useful. This, really, I put on Riot; sadly, placing blame doesn't change what they're being blamed for.

I had a dream last night that I was playing as LeBlanc, and got first-blooded by a Chogath with his ground thing (that pops you in the air), taking me from 100% health to 0% in the second minute.
I was like 'WTF', and Mario was like 'Dude, yeah, Cho is beast.'
I don't remember what happened after that.
