OK, I've done what I can to fix the chunks not loading. If you are still having issues with that, either go afk for a while and see if shit loads after that, turn off texture packs if you have any on, or... something. I have no idea what else to do.
Anyway, as I said to those that were on earlier, if they don't fix the bugs that are making it damn near unplayable for some people, then after a few days I'll roll the server back to 1.5 until a patch comes out that solves that.

I think they are working on fixing all of those in 1.6.5. Even said they are coming in to work during the holiday to fix them...

Most likely, you updated your client but the server hasn't been updated yet.
edit: yeah, logged in with 1.6.4 just fine... but it's still super buggy so just wait for Trygelan.

Sorry about the delay in updating it, it's done now.
If anything gets updated on the weekends, I'll usually be a bit slow in getting it updated. Most of the time I can't get to a computer til around 9pm EST.

There's a massive crater next to my house. I'd prefer if no one filled it in. I have some plans for it. Oh and Weemus there is a garbage disposal in my house if you need it. Just place the items on the hatch then open it.

I have a garbage disposal in my house too. It's called a room I never go in. I chuck the shit in there and then don't go in it.
I use this policy both in Minecraft and in rl.

Ok guys, I figured out why multiple portals in the Earth realm are going to the same portal in the Nether. Ghasts, fires and other explosions have deactivated you portals, and so the portal will send you to next closest one. I found Vad's nether realm portal and reactivated it using a flint and steel and it worked just fine, to the nether and back out of it with no flaws.
Ghasts can and WILL put out your portals, so I suggest building enclosements around them to ensure that your portal remains active. I plan on going portal hunting in the future, marking them with signs and building small protectors out of cobblestone, because ghast explosions can't break the rock.

It's a bug. It happens for all nether portals, regardless of whether or not a ghast is nearby. Notch knows about it and is going to fix it.
Ghasts can deactivate portals, but that's not what's happening here.

Ah, well, if you go around reactivating them it should solve this problem of multiple ports goin to the same place (until they deactivate again lol). Luckily, I have 3 for no fucking reason.
PS: Nether Citadel: Complete. It reaches as high as the ceiling and as low as the lakes of fire.

Yo, so, why don't we add the server address to the locations and info thingy? I mean, since we have to get whitelisted, I don't know what harm it can be?
PS: I keep on getting an "End of Stream" error when I'm logging in. It's the same one I've been having as long as this update has been up. When I actually get IN to the damn thing it's working fine for me now, but I can't get on.

No idea about what to do for the end of stream error, I was getting it myself as well.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling java, reinstalling minecraft, updating java, bashing my head into a wall repeatedly and screaming at my computer to "Just fucking work you cheap Iranian whore." It still isn't workin lol.
