Rylai's is great on anyone with spammable single-target spells. It was awesome on Ryze before he got changed to mana-scaling. Champs with PBAoE also get a lot out of it, like Rumble, Amumu, and Morde. Long CD champs don't get much from it.

I totally forgot about Rumble in that list. I was going to say Amumu but I usually see him go straight tank so I forgot that Rylias would help him.

Edit: If you're looking for survivability, go with Z Hourglass. As I've told Jarka, you're GUARANTEED 2 extra seconds of life which can be used for stalling that stun CD or save from that last ignite tick.

Actually, there are better trolls. I'd suggest 5 Fort, 5 Revive but after each person goes to that inevitable cd, the Revives become a bit inconsistent (especially since Fort's might be down as well for protection). You can instead go 5 Fort 5 TP for maximum offense, allowing your team to just always keep pushing, having someone always able to just suddenly port to a ward and try to drop a tower split push style. Then every time they finally get to your towers, you Fort and PUSHPUSHPUSHPUSHPUSH.

With 5 Forts we'd have to be organised. Can't just have everyone use it at once and waste the maximum effectiveness of it. I think we did that once and didn't get the most we could have.

Zhonya's is good on any character that has poor survivability. Since LeBlanc's blink basically has to be used to facilitate damage, it doesn't really count as survival. You'd be able to Q > W onto someone to proc Q damage, then W back and hit Zhonya's. By the time you're out of stasis, you should have some cooldowns back and can re-burst.

It works well with Blue Buff as a bait and hook. You have Blue Buff, which makes you a more valuable target which baits the team to focus you. You can burst then Z as they try to chase you. Your team will attack them while you get faster CD with Blue to burst again. After that much burst and chasing, the other team would be down at least one carry which would make the rest of the fight a matter of child's play.

In theory at least.

Compare Morgana's classic skin for us and then look at the Chinese classic skin. The difference is astronomical.

They have been changing a lot of the old art. When they started and had no money the art was a little... lackluster.

Twisted Fate, Tryndamere, Annie, Twitch, Katarina, Taric, Sivir, Kassadin and Ashe all have new art. I am probably missing some too.
