Even better is backdoor Veigar. I'm pretty sure the other team looks at their minimap and says, "Eh, it's just Veigar. He wont knock down the tower. Let's keep harrassing in mid."

Veigar's AP gives him huge dmg against turrets. As in fucking huge. As in huge. Combined with the fact that a well-placed meteor fizzles an entire wave of minions, he's straight legit for tearing down turrets and inhibs.

EDIT: Lich Bane, Sheen, and Trinity Force will all apply their damage procs to towers, for those who weren't aware.

Nasus is my absolute favourite pusher/tower-killer. I need to play him more again.

I caved and bought Blitzcrank with my remaining RP, so now I finally have a tank I'm semi-competent with.

Blitz really shouldn't be thought of as a tank. At best, he's off-tank/off-dps. His mana barrier doesn't let him tank so much as it lets him bait.

He's a lot like Nidalee (or Nidalee's a lot like him, I suppose) in that he doesn't contribute to a team in a traditional or standard way. The team has to play around his utility and know that that's 90% of what he provides.

Not to like spread salt around or anything (you gotta do what you gotta do, and that is way more important than a game of LoL), but we prob would've won if you'd been there. It was the sort of thing where, once the inhib was done, we could've turtled all day long. And, when they DID get all impatient and start diving our nexus turrets, acing them followed shortly thereafter. With four people, we nearly got their inhib.

Was totes awesome though. Never thought I'd play a Normal where everyone would just randomly be like 'Hey, let's do it ARAM rules'
