Uncharted 2: Among Thieves. Plays like a movie every time.

Refreshing this to see if there's any more suggestions. Specifically there's this game I see called Radiant Historia and it's made by the same guys who made the persona series. Any thoughts on that?

It's not bad.

Fairly standard TBS, but the story is good.

What does TBS mean?

Also, I was recommended Catherine once it gets released in America. I looked into it and it was criticized for being too hard, even on easy. So Atlus had to add a "super easy" mode. I lol'd.

Turn-based strategy.

That name, though. Really, they've gone too far this time. Radiant Historia? What

Seeing as how the OP mentioned 999, you should probably check out the Phoenix Wright trilogy (the original, Justice for All (the sequel), Trials and Tribulations (the third)). The gameplay really isn't all that complex and is standard adventure-game fare for the investigative sections, broken up by logic games in the courtroom...

But where the games really shine is the writing. The localization team at Capcom did an absolutely phenomenal job with the translation. The game is serviceable enough, but it's the story that keeps me coming back to the table time and time again.

I can't recommend it enough. The PW trilogy is, in my mind, one of the DS' 'killer apps.' It is one of the reasons you should own the platform.

Definitely been looking forward to Catherine. Been waiting for it since the JP teaser trailer.

KotOR is on sale for $2.49 on Steam for the next 17 hours. Such a great storyline. Buy it.

The Ace Attorney series is worth buying a DS for alone. However, no matter how hard I try I can't find a copy of Trials and Tribulations. Does anyone know where I can get it from? Also, are DS games region locked?

Was thinking of getting Hotel Dusk: Room 215. Can anyone back this game up?
