Work's been rough lately since we're gearing up for deployment, so I haven't worked on anything as of yet. But, I will make it my priority tomorrow.

I'm so sorry guys. This week has been hellish at work, and my wife's been sick so I've been spending most of my home time with her. On the rare occasions I get on, it's at work on my phone, so I haven't been able to work on my roleplay. I have about 300 words done up and I have a direction for the rest. I just need the time to do it. I expect to do some work on it tomorrow evening, hopefully, and I'll definitely have it done and posted by Saturday.

Once again, I'm sorry guys. The upcoming deployment has really put a strain on all aspects of my life.

Smith, I find that when I'm busy, I just make due and post 300 words. Sometimes 300 is enough...not saying you have to, it's just a suggestion. So many people think they HAVE to make a 1000 word post, and end up either going inactive, or struggling. 300 words can be done in 15 min.

I'm getting my stitches out tomorrow morning. I'll be crafting ideas and writing for most of the day.

I'll definitely be posting at least something tonight. I'm probably going to mess Smith up a bit, but I don't want to stall this thing. I'm going to put us all at the SUV Camp near the bunk and have us arm our selves. Simone is going to pull the group into a huddle and lay out the basic idea of their assault with one of the aerial maps from an SUV. I'm going to give us each weapons for this mission. After this feel free to change them to personal preference. We'll all be using a special energy weapons developed to leave a stain of energy on ones clothing like a paintball.

I should probably give you guys little background on Simone's personality. She's playful like a child yet serious when the situation calls for it. She's very outgoing and extremely ostentatious. She'll talk about most anything openly. OH! And she'll kill for this cupcake-like treat called a Suzy Q. She stuffs them in her mouth whole. You'll probably see her eating them quite often. Simone moonlights as a mid-level hacker, breaking into intermediate file encryption for extra cash. That's the extent of her knowledge though.

If you have any questions you're welcome to ask me. If you want to clarify dialogue I'm always on AIM and you're free to do so. I'm going to try and do the same with some of you.

My bad. Went to my parent's for vacation and totally forgot about posting. I'm gonna finish up today and get it up. I don't blame you for going ahead. Afterwards, I'll let you guys in on some of Smith's quirks and such.

When I said "today" what I actually meant was this night. I'm nearly done now and I'll have it up before I go to bed. In the meantime:

Smith is an extremely morose person in private, constantly focused on his dead family. In public, he hides his pain extremely well and can even be jovial and a bit snarky. His laughter and smiles never really make it to his eyes though. When others are talking, he'll stay quiet until an opening to speak presents itself, and then he may go into length as if afraid that someone may interrupt him. He's almost always a bit on edge and people moving behind him make him extremely nervous, as do large groups. Whether frightened or in pain, he laughs as a defense mechanism; sometimes a light chuckle and at other times uproarish laughter. Despite his marriage to an extraterrestrial, he can still be a bit standoffish towards aliens.

An addendum to the dossier: It is highly recommended that all team members keep an eye on Smith, as he has been convicted of murder due to psychotic break.

EDIT: Thinking back on my post I might of actually forgotten about the hostages and hence why my plan didn't include them. Good save, Smith.

I posted. I believe I probably over-extended the time limit a little bit, but to my defense I just started actually revising my posts (so if it isn't better in either formatting or grammar, I just suck). I didn't progress the plot as much as if I would have liked, but if I progressed it any further, I would have had to double the post in order to satisfy my inner writer.
