So, I'd like to keep my current name and more importantly, pic, but:

Fighting Style: Generally tries to avoid direct combat via Combat Teleportation, but if this proves impossible will attempt to use his considerable Focus to overwhelm an opponent in one or two draining, heavily damaging attacks, again leaning on his Combat Teleport to land these unwieldy blows.

Short Bio:

Rafael was born in a suburb outside South City. Intelligent but frail, he accidentally discovered both of his unusual powers the day his dog was struck by a car. Without realizing what was going on, he teleported to the poor animal and back out of the road before more traffic could finish it off and drained all his energy healing his pet before blacking out.

As he's aged he's gained a fair degree of control over both of these skills, his arrogance growing with them. As a young man, he took a dare to gouge out one of his eyes and heal it back to full health, however, he quickly found out that for whatever reason the one person he can't heal is himself, never having been hurt too much before due to his teleporting skills.

Still, he'd made enough money selling his power to get a replacement eye which doubles a small computer in much the same fashion as a smartphone. It's also sweet to brush away the hair obscuring it on occasion to startle people, which he tends to do when threatened.

General Description: Rafael is of average height with platinum blonde hair kept in a seemingly unkempt style but always carefully covering his mechanical right eye, the result of the incident where he discovered his healing abilities did not extend to himself. He's almost always found wearing a beige trench coat with the collar popped, simply one of a dozen ways he tries to seem bigger than he is and intimidate any people who try to mess with him. What he wears beneath it varies from day to day, at times a business casual outfit for work to a simple t-shirt and jeans, but where Rafael is, the coat is never far away. He also wears a pair of ruby stud earrings, although asking about them is a quick way to find yourself on his bad side.
