I was able to find it on their website, and they still have the page on the FB page, it just wont do anything.

OK.. Then here's what you do...
Go to FB... go to you account. Go to APPS and remove the Lol app thing. Go to the LoL Page... Like it... Create a new tab... Go to the League of Legends Page and do the thingy there. It wouldn't work for me the first time I tried it. That was about a year ago. Then I tried an hour ago and it worked.
So my advice is this: wait a year and try again.

A caster with even moar range? Might be the first new champ I use more than once after buying in a while.

Okami was the first thing that came to mind.
Also, Skarner is so fun on Dominion. He fights Gangplank 1v1 and doesn't give a fuck. They make it sound very Orianna. Also, I've seen nothing to suggest they intend to bring her to NA/EU. Pretty damn Korean to show "faith" that they are going to support the game in Korea.
