I got bad news son. Krosis is part of just one of many equal in level bosses that all drop the helmets they're wearing. You're supposed to kill them all. There's eight or so in total.

I had a similar moment when I realized how you have to learn alchemy effects. Looked long and hard at the giant's toe and antlers in my inventory.

yeah, that guy was an asshole on my thief. I basically had to keep reloading until I managed to pull of a sneak attack. brought him to half and then he shouted my weapons into the river somewhere. Khajiit barehanded ftw

Never seen any stronger Silver Hand, but the Death Overlords are crazy strong. Was pretty satisfying crushing one without taking any damage/using bs tactics yesterday. Just kept blasting him as it ran at me and he fell before he got me =D

You can get a ton of armor from some of the Wards. You can also Ward shouts.
