I really like both of the new spells. Surge seems particularly good for AP/AD hybrids.

Surges seems like a crazy good spell.

You can probably jungle with Surge instead of Smite if you're not being srs.

Xpecial of TSM has expressed support for the Heal buff and had said that it was a "game-changer" in team fights.

No, he absolutely is, and I love Ryze to death (second fav champ), but it's bizarre. He went from being a general 'yeah, k, 3rd tier, he isn't bad' to 'zomg ban.'

And I really, really hope this doesn't lead to nerfs.
