First come first serve. You can wait as long as you want, but if it hits 16 you can't join. I'll probably leave this open awhile. The minimum is 8 and the maximum is 16. I doubt we'll get 16.

Yes, you can use the stone at any time. You can finish whatever you want before using it

I think I'm going to blow myself up, just so I can go to the afterlife tournament and get the stone. Then I'll have someone pay to bring me back so I can laugh at everyone who can't use the stone.

Then the only way ANYONE could us ethe stone is if you or someone else teleports it to them. Since you don't keep things when you die, I think @_@

I dont know if this has been answered yet, I might of just skipped over it, I dont know, is it going to be based on Rping, Power, or a bit of both?

Judging will be normal. Roleplaying is a bigger part, as usual, however power does play a role if needed.

Raditzu: Kai training can be resumed at any time

EDIT to say: You have to re-walk Snake Way to get back though

EDIT by Rad: it doesn't matter how you get back, but you have to find your own way there.
