How are you looking for groups, Raf? I've had no trouble getting them as an Operative healer. Granted I haven't played much in the past fortnight, maybe it's gotten more difficult what with the rising levels.

I've never had problems finding groups as a healer unless it was really late (like 5 am). In fact, I might have made the fastest completely pub group ever. "Athiss?" Eight seconds later I had a full group. That's not an exaggeration.

Now onto the rant of joy. Last night was some of the most fun I've had with the game. It started when I was trying to get the entire map scouted on Tatooine and I was roaming around in Republic territory. I ganked three players and ran away from a group of three angry players, who I may or may not have killed.

I retreated into the Dune Sea when the general chat said there was a level 50 trooper player waiting for the datacron balloon. Being the curious soul that I am, I made my way towards the sandcrawler along with a level 50 merc and we both repeated killed him as he foolishly tried to wait for the balloon as more and more empire players came to watch the fun. So we had a group of 6 players once the balloon arrived, and the poor Rep player never stood a chance. He even tried to wait until the balloon was just close enough to jump to and revive himself, only to have the merc use stealth reveal and mercilessly slaughter him.

So all 6 of us are in the balloon chilling and waiting. Then one of us notices that the rep player has been following us. So one of the two level 50's in our group jumped down and killed him again, and he didn't show up after that. We got to the datacrons and then decided to kill the world boss for shits and giggles. That's when the Republic cavalry arrived.

Three level 50 republic players showed up as we were fighting the world boss, and an epic battle commenced. Most of our group was underleveled and they had the advantage of having their companion out (we were in an op so we could share the drops) so it might have been a hopeless fight. However, since we were fighting the world boss at the time, their companions were useless. Everyone under 50 kept their distance and healed the two guys that mattered through both the republic players and the world boss. After a long fight, not only did we kill all three republic players, but we also got the world boss. It was wonderful.

After our group split up, and I started questing again, I checked out the balloon to see if all those rep players were still there. Sho nuff, I saw them riding in the balloon. So I waved at them. The 50 Trooper that we killed so many times before jumped down to greet me. Because I was waiting on a friend to do the last Heroic of Tatooine, I had plenty of time to have fun with the reps. So I followed them, spamming emotes and generally being a pretty awesome person. My favorite death was when the trooper sent his companion after me and I typed out: "With my last breathe I curse ZOIDBERG!"

Somehow the trooper made it back into the balloon, but then there was a level 28 player following it. So I killed him. Three times.

After that, I did the heroic "Blood and Sand" with a friend from the balloon ride. There was only about 15 people online at the time though, so we had to two man the four man. It was a long and epic process, with several random patrols nearly causing us to wipe, but we made it to the boss. It was only one guy, we could take him! And it was going great until he spawned some adds. Khem Val died, my friend's Vette died, then he died. But me? I'm too awesome to die that easily. Instead, I ran like a bitch. Kiting him throughout the entire level, healing and dashing away while picking at his health, I managed to kite him long enough for my friend to respawn himself and Vette and finish him off.

It was a fantastic end to both Tatooine and the night itself.

Well, I'm only moderately patient on my best days, so generally I just type "36 heals lfg" into gen chat while sitting in the pvp queue. Depending on how long the queue is I do this a couple times, pvp, then come back and do it again until I get both my dailies done and then I give up. I'm not waiting an hour to get a group.

I did get an invite finally today...to Athiss. Left the group without saying a word when I saw the levels.

There's a lot of questioning of the validity of that image, as apparently there have been a lot of fakes photoshopped lately to join in on the current train of "As always, things connected to EA have shit customer service" meme.

That said, I did laugh when I saw it and wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't photoshopped.

Yea, I slowed down quite a bit around 35-40, probably just getting burned out from playing so much. But I pushed through and now that I'm on Voss, I got kinda re-energized as the Voss storyline really got me pumped. Also, I got my BH to her ship and that's a pretty big moment that gets you hyped up too.

So I'm back, though I'm definetly not playing as much as I was.
