I would have no complaint if they removed All Chat from all games other than Custom. The feature (As far as the community has taken it) serves no constructive purpose. The opposing team really doesn't care what you have to say and if you spend time chatting in /all, or even the fact that your teammates are chatting there or seeing what the other team is saying, you'll get distracted and lose focus.

Given that I just posted a video citing this, I guess that's my way of saying I completely agree. I would just begin all games as "/mute all" or "/mute enemy" but it blocks them post game and drops friends as well. Supposedly one (/mute or /ignore) doesn't completely block someone, but I haven't consistently seen one work to the desired effect yet. So far, its come off all or nothing.

Have mixed feelings about these patch notes. Interesting nerf to pirate... I guess he was able to harass too freely in lane? Kennen and Rammus seem to have been nerfed mostly for their early game. Sona is just the running joke at this point. Sona gets nerfed, better bench Elementz. I don't really like what they've done to Soraka. Every 12~20 seconds she gets to be a champion; was it really necessary to make her heal cost 200 mana at rank five? That's as much as a significant number of the ultimates in the game.

Huge WW buff. I really really liked seeing that. He's a baws. Not a huge fan of the change to his ult, but that's because I never bought much AD on him. That was probably the point, though, get people to do exactly that.

Ryze nerf again. Sad face at that. Also... Revolver nerf? Dat unique passive too stronk? I thought it was in a fine place, before.

Yeah the Ryze and Revolver changes really snuck up on a lot of people, it seems.

The Shen + Warwick buffs is beast and I love 'em. I was like "NO THEY FUCKED WARWICK IN THE ASS -- oh, total AD. Well that's cool."

Can't really speak to the rest of this, but I've been on a Soraka kick of late and I assure you, Soraka as she was(haven't tried her new nerfs, though really I just imagine it results in me not getting max cdr for an extra 5 min in favor of mana) she was a god. Ask pretty much anyone that fell opposite me and Josh at bot the last few weeks, they lost 90% of the time, and not by just a little bit, and anyone that did win had a very, very active jungle.

You're right about only doing anything every once in a while, but that's what laning is. Enemy initiates? Mega armor buff the carry, carefully silence whichever target is better and watch them slink back into the bush when they see how much more damage they are taking or retreat after the buff wears off, significantly better for the trade. By the time the enemy gets over the butthurt of losing out on those waves, cds are up.

I will say however, there are some people that can mess me up pretty bad. A smart Tristana can, or Poppy. Fuck that Poppy, so smart about how to counter me.

Yeah, I know Soraka has power, but that doesn't mean I like the direction they're pushing her. They keep making all these changes to promote a more "active" or "fast-paced" game and then they keep pushing one of the best support champions (at least one of the most-played and, either way, there aren't a lot of great supports to begin with) in the exact opposite direction.

What? We want everyone to be more active and we want to reward aggression and action-packed-fullness? Better give Soraka a 20 second heal that costs 200 mana. TWO HUNDRED MANA. I'm still not over that. Oh, and by the way, you can't Infuse yourself anymore.

I really hate playing against Soraka, and I definitely don't think she needs any buffs. What I think she needs, though, is not to be pushed further into the realm of "you mostly do nothing and get to support people once-in-a-while." They keep trying to force Starfall to be a thing, but it really isn't. Yeah, you can fault the player for choosing not to use one of the three skills, but 90% of the time you just get more out of leveling the other ones. If one of your spells is only going to get cast once per fight, it sure as hell better get some work done. I could see this patch turning Infuse into the one-point-wonder and getting people to level Starfall earlier now that the E is better as a silence and less stay-in-lane-forever.

Yeah. Exactly my point. It's not a thing. The damage is actually pretty good on it, but it's mana intensive, close-range, and just not worth not taking another rank of something else.

I really think they should just redo the skill. Turn it into, like, a passive that does bonus magic damage per auto-attack and her attacks shred MR. I dunno... SOMETHING.
