Oh, yeah, definitely. Saw it last night with my wife and thought about commenting. We really enjoyed it, a lot actually. I could easily pick apart certain aspects of the storyline and call that "bad story writing" if I wanted, but honestly, they pulled off what they were trying to do with it and it was really cool. I kinda felt bad for Andrew through most of the movie. Pretty tragic.

Cleopatra was also not as big of a shmexxy ho as history has made her out to be. She's been the victim of a long lasting smear campaign.

Yeah, I was thinking that too. Rotten Tomatoes has it at an 84 though, so I might see it. Also, the dude from the Death and Return of Superman video told me to, and I like that guy.

I thought the trailer was really well done, it catching my attention was one of the reasons I went to see the movie. And I rarely say that about trailers.

Maybe there was a different trailer for the UK.

EDIT: YouTube turns up a UK trailer. Didn't watch the whole thing, but it looks fundamentally different.
