Hey hey. So I'm writing my roleplay and I'm realizing that we know very very little about the actual world of Anyria. Sure, I mean...we know about the history, and the magic stuff, and the countries. But what about like...police force? Military ranks? Transportation? Technology? Is it global or does it change country by country?
Obviously I know you don't have answers to all of these questions right now this second. But will things like that be added soon? If not, can we take liberties and just...assume things?

Yeah, I was thinking about how I wanted to add that, myself. There will probably be a new thread in the Chronicles forum about the day-to-day of the world.
Some quick things: there are police forces. The Council is basically the global military force. Technology is basically steampunk, but with crystals/magic instead of steam.

Got it. Any chance of figure-heads and major geography added? I doubt every country has only one city/area.

Yes, that'll be part of it.
Should also add that people will be welcome to make up villages or towns and stuff like that for their storylines and RPs, so I didn't want to make things so elaborate that people felt like they
had to use the info provided.

I figure that there are 5 kingdoms and each of those kingdoms is pretty large/spread out so the culture, law and geography could probably vary pretty widely between them.sure, the council is kind of like the fed, but every nation is pretty much a city-state as far as I can tell. I think that eahc person's writing is going to shape our conceptions about different areas too, so I would think that as long as Kaden OKs it, just go for it man.
Am I right in this thinking?

Pretty much.
There are going to be some loose guiding principles behind each nation, but those will mostly just be there to guide or inspire, not to force people into things.
