Hate: people's long memories. No matter how much you change, most people will not acknowledge it. Even if you did something as long as 10 years ago, if it sticks out in their memory - that's who you are forever. I think I'm beginning to realise why I completely drop my old group of friends every few years. Of course there are exceptions, and those people who can pick up on the subtle changes are usually friends worth hanging on to.

That's why I just never change. I remain the same person, a static point, a constant in the time-space continuum.

I have an absurdly good long term memory, but I generally try to avoid letting that colour my opinions of other people.
