Not one, but two bodies, lay in the town centre that day. The vigilante had been busy. So had the mafia.
Across John Doe's face were cut the words 'abandon'.
And across the face of Ashe, the town's sheriff, the words 'hope'.

Now they were truly beginning to run out of time. The touch of panic descended. Would circumstances lead to the death of another townsperson ... or would they finally claim a victory against the darkness?

Well, there's no differentiation between a mafia kill and a vigilante kill. It sucks that Ashe hasn't been able to disclose two night phases worth of information to us so we at least have more intel. This sucks  .

So are the Vigilante and the Mafia working together? Ones abandoning and the other is hoping?
I dunno I still am not fully awake. I think my eyes are open and my body is moving but my brain is still asleep.
I really didn't expect Ashe to be the Sheriff, that was kind of a mind fuck. Though it is kind of possible. I have to go look back at what he said and maybe it will make more sense.
Doe's dead. That means we wasted two days trying to lynch him. Maybe the doctor did protect him and said fuck him on night one and thought someone else was more valuable?

I see a good point in doing this. It'd be our last stand anyway, we're really behind now. If we can manage to lynch a mafia, it'll do us good. Since our sheriff is out, there's no way we can get legit information. In which case, being sitting ducks isn't going to help. Focus lynch votes.

Explain how it's a waste when we have zero information about anyone? By that logic, any lynch attempt we make is a waste. What's the point in not trying?

"Worthwhile" suggests something other than sitting by and waiting for the mafia to kill everyone. I explained why letting an inactive be in the game is a detriment to the town. It was, and is, sound logic.
