You do not need to wait to be added to the orster in order to RP. Just bare in mind at what you startign stats are & you should be fine. It's the same for move's, you don't have to wait for a vault page, or for them to be on the roster to use them (provided they have been accepted).

Dont count on that one. True that is default, but it happens that members get lower or higher stats then that. I personally got 120 mental stats instead of 150 when I began
