Pokemalfia Day 4

It was quiet... as a night would usually be... at least if it wasn't chaotic. But things were chatoic and it was still silent... Something was amiss! And he felt it. He decided he would do something.... He got up on a low stump and grabbed what looked like a microphone. Spotlights appeared upon him from out of nowhere. Quietly he began to sing... growing lowder with each note....

He sung his heart out but it wasn't enough. As his song ended he heard a clap from a nearby bush. They always came from the bush.... Like Lickitung and Farfetch'd he knew now was his time to fall.... If only he had evolved... maybe he would have been strong enough... if only he had actually cared soon enough maybe he would have made a difference....

As daybreak came, he was seen on his stump, slumped over, A Smiley face was drawn across his face and his eyes with X's. Near by was written, "Has the fat lady sung?"

On a side note.... The game isn't over... I've looked at it carefully and while this was one of my scenario's there are still ways to win this... Don't give up. Giving up and conceeding is just fucking stupid and boring as shit.

I won't say much more then that because just about anythingi SAY CAN BE LEADING TO EITHER SIDE AND i'M TRYING TO BE FAIR.

But the things that amuse me are the 'We dont know what's what an d soon because It's Mal Nova that's running this thing" posts... It makes me giggle to make you wonder WTF is going on. But again if you've given up already... you probably need to sit out on future games...

Yep, this is gonna seem deja vu after last game. But honestly, having looked at the posts, he's my biggest suspect right now. I was saying yesterday that I don't really suspect him because, as proven in the last game, he's genuinely in belief of the 'wait then lynch' strategy. This game, he's gone against the person who's rallying most (John Doe) and brought things to a standstill again. I'm tempted to vote for 17 since that's who Doe seems to want to vote off most, but I honestly don't think he's mafia if he's telling the truth about his vote-reducing power. What 17 has said this game has made a fair bit of sense, but we need to lynch a mafia before we can confirm anything.

As with ! every friggin suspicion ! it's not a for-sure, but we gotta lynch someone today or we're gonna lose.

It doesn't even seem possible to vote off 17, though maybe his power is that he can hide the number of votes against him.

I still think Ashe isn't mafia, and I also suspect that Vad isn't either. Since King B was revealed to be a townie and he retracted his vote in Day 2, he could be innocent. I'm still on the fence about Rose. I'd rather give Kaden a chance to defend himself before claiming he's mafia. I've read his stuff, and I think his suspicions about me aren't completely illogical, even if I am trying to rally the town.

That leaves Kayne and 17. Since I don't know the specifics on 17's power, that makes my most logical pick as Kayne, so that's who I'm going to lynch.

As a side note, Vad didn't post yesterday. Doesn't he get a disobey marker or whatever?

Doe is correct. As of Day 3, Vad has a Release Marker of 1. A consecutive one remove him from the game. Three total and he will be removed.

Again I say this... why fucking play if you fucking don't want to fucking be active?

I agree with a lot of Rose's post, despite Rose himself being a fairly high suspicion in my eyes. That said, I'm not voting for Android 17 anymore. As best as I can tell from what I saw the last Day, he's completely immune to lynch votes unless there's something just reducing his votes by a fairly large amount.

IF I am correct that he is immune to lynch votes (he reduced 2 votes this time, I believe), then that also proves that he's a townie. He can't possibly be a mafia and yet be immune to lynches. Also, Kayne is now one of my highest suspects and it didn't appear that 17 and Kayne were very one minded as far as communication went. If they are both mafia and just talking publicly to try to look inconspicuous, then they did a good job.

I still place my bets on Kayne and Kaden as mafia. Rose is still a possible third, but we haven't gotten word from an investigator yet. I somewhat suspect Doe of being an investigator.

The only reason I can think of why King B was Executed and not me is that his power was unknown and I've stated exactly what mine was. I will likely not evolve so that is a non-issue (evolving me intentionally wastes a vote that could lynch, so that when I kill someone while evolved, I still am only making up for a missed lynch). Also, I voted for myself and used my Quick Attack, proving that I am telling the truth about adding +1 to my vote.

Just read Doe's post. I haven't considered the possibility of 17 simply hiding the number of votes against him. That would be an interesting power. I still think I agree with Doe and will Lynch Kayne.

If this vote reveals Kayne to be a townie, then I'm going to be pretty suspicious of Doe himself, but I really think Kayne is a certainty.

My guess would be that farfetched was it and died early. If not, and you aren't, then probably an afk that got it again. Mafia could make the play at this point of claiming to be one and giving false infoand we couldn't know, so I don't think I care what an "investigator" says at this point.

I don’t know if this is much of an investigative role, because all I can see is what Pokémon someone is and if they have an ability that can be mimicked. If I can’t mimic it, then I can’t tell what that person has.

As you’ve guessed, my ability is mimic. I can ‘ping’ off of somebody to learn their Pokémon, and mimic their ability, if I am able to. Again, if I cannot mimic their ability, then I do not know what they have. I’ve only been able to do that for two people.

Doe is Tentacool/Tentacruel. His ability is barrier, in which he can use to target one person and protect them, or ‘save’ them. This might be an explanation as to how we had a time or two with no lynchings. It could also be that if he were mafia, he can choose to save a fellow mafia if they were in danger. This seems to be the most dangerous ability so far that I’ve been able to find out. I apologize for not sharing earlier, I wasn’t sure if I was allowed to share.

Kaden is Eevee. I was unable to copy his ability.
Rose is Scyther. I was also unable to copy his ability.
King B was Jigglypuff, and I was also unable to mimic his ability.

Seventeen is Squirtle. His power is withdraw, in which he receives -2 votes against him every day. EVERY DAY. It stops at 0. This is ALSO a dangerous ability. It means that if we are to vote him off, we’d need a majority vote PLUS two to get him out. He’s almost untouchable, if not untouchable at this point.

Kayne is right about my ability and pokemon, and it seems highly unlikely that she could be mafia either (since why in the fuck would they keep the doctor alive?). I'm glad you ended up not revealing that little tidbit of info until now, since a revealed doctor is a dead doctor. But I am town.

However, how were you able to find out about 5 people? There's only been 3 night phases.

Even with Ashe's power, we will not get enough votes to lynch either Kayne or Android 17 if either of them are mafia. I still think Android 17 is mafia, Kayne not so much anymore. So that leaves us with Rose, Vad, Kaden, Ashe, and myself. I'm the doctor, Ashe isn't mafia, and we don't know what Kaden's or Vad's powers are. We got any other bright ideas?
