So yeah. That eve thing totally sorta works. For whatever reason the bots lanes I keep getting are getting wrecked so I haven't had a lot of even play, but my ratios aren't too bad and it's pretty fun. Alistar with oracle's is the worst, though

Guess this is best posted here... My computer is obviously outdated and unless comcast is pulling some shit cuz of a late bill... I still have lag.
I'm looking into a new computer... something... Average. I want something that will load up fast game wise.. and not lag like a bitch. I can understand a lag spike every once in a while... but really... after adding this antivirus crap it has become huge... SO what specs would I look for and stuff? To explain... my game sometime freezes...
I hear it freeze ... hear music then my mouse goes to original cursor. Coincidentally This new patch seems to have come out... This happens every so often and random as shit... SoI watched them all and they answered a few questions I was wondering.

It's a base amount. Your total movement speed, though, suffers from diminishing returns, so often you don't get the full base amount from your boots.
