Shit graphics for this day and age, I ran into all the dots and didn't even get an achievement for it. 1/10

[spoiler]Loneliness is actually a big deal to me, but all I saw there was dots representing people that ran away when you approached? Is that supposed to be profound? I get that it's supposed to be an analogy and artsy-fartsy, but it just felt really ... cheap. I read the facts and was like "yeah, isolation and loneliness are big deals and really shitty. I think the major concept behind the notgame was more about how the player behaves, than how the dots behave (since they do the same thing every time, basically).

I've talked to a whole bunch of people, and read a bunch about it too, and there's been a really massive amount of variety in how people attempted to 'play' the game, and what their reasonings were. People who tried to touch a dot in every group, or others that automatically assumed they had to avoid them and kept away. How did they react to that final dot at the very end?

I just find it rather intruiging to see how people responded differently to the game, regardless of what the underlying theme was.

In the end though, it was just one guy who felt like making something to express an experience that he wanted to say something about.

I think that the absolutely minimal effort not-game has interesting implications on a broader scale for game mechanics, but was ultimately completely retarded in this iteration.

After going into a couple groups, clouds washed over the screen and it took me to the ending frame. It was a glitch, I think? But I feel deprived of developing a behavior pattern. v_v

I started pretending I was a monster and tried to scare as many people away as possible but then I left the dots that were by themselves or in couples alone because I didn't want to ruin their date or scare someone who was alone.
