Cool. Just looked it up, apparently it's gonna take place somewhere in that 10-year period between Kid Buu's death and the very end of DBZ. It's a pretty ripe period for movies, I can see more coming since all this time later EVERYONE still loves DBZ.

Right? That period of time is perfect too, in my opinion, considering it's pre-GT. I'm excited to see what happens. I was hoping for a while that they used that style of animation. I feared the latest 'Yo Goku and Friends' or whatever was the closest it would get.

Yeah the relatively short period of time between that being made and this makes me hopeful for more movies, and by the tone of the trailer this won't be the "hey fun and games reunion times" but an actual DBZ movie where dudes beat each other to an inch of their lives. WHAT IS WANTED. I hope they finish off Kai too. I haven't actually watched it besides a few episodes, but I know at some point in my life I'm gonna marathon it.
