I didn't pay much interest to this since I'm not much of a FPS guy, and I kinda automatically dismissed it as probably being another war simulator since it was a Call of Duty game. But all the hype has finally made me have a look, which culminated when an excited friend showed me a video. It looks pretty cool.

My comp specs aren't that good (1gig of ram, 3.4ghz processor, and an old Nvidia Geforce 7300 LE for my graphics card) but I can't go online with my consoles at university. Should I get this for 360 or PC?

I don`t know how strong 7300 LE is. If it`s at least on par with 6600 GT, it should work. I have a 7600 GS and it works fine.

If you can play over Xbox Live, your probably better off getting the 360 version. Otherwise, get it for PC. Although the singleplayer is excellent, it`s also short and you would be missing out a lot if you wouldn`t be able to play multiplayer.

If you play on Hardcore that is. Or better, Tactical Realism.

It's a very good game, I liked it and played online on my cousins 360 when he had it over. Plan on renting it again if he'll let me borrow it this upcoming weekend or next weekend, I spent three days straight playing Halo 3 online though. Damn I'm getting a fucking 360, that thing rocks my lil socks.

I personally love CoD4. And actually, I prefer it over Halo 3. However, I've heard complaints about CoD's aiming system. A few of my hardcore gamer friends said that the aiming is fucked up.
