The City Vault

I haven't heard anything about this yet really, but it looks like CoX is going to have personal web pages for your character. The only thing I know about it is from this photo in their events photo gallery with this caption:


"The Projector shows a web page of the coming new feature, The City Vault."

So what do you think? I think it's a great idea, I hope that it's very in-depth web pages, like showing your costumes and stuff.

They talked more about it in the meet-and-greet thread that that pic was first posted in.

It sounds more like automatically generated pages that give simple run downs of people's characters and probably some random statistical information like how long the account has been active or how many hours a given toon has been played.

I imagine its a lot like the info pages that Sony Online had when we were playing Vanguard, if you remember that. A cool idea, yeah, but I'm not exactly counting the days till it comes out. Not when I can play around with the new defiance.

Yes I do remember those pages, they were way cool and I would love something like that for City Of Heroes.

I love the new defiance, I made a blaster just to try it out.

Yeah, the new defiance is pretty sweet.

I think City Vault will be pretty cool, and I'd love it if there were space for people to put longer Bios about their characters. The little box you get in-game can't hold all that much.
