...If you go around advertising you'll 'steal' the members, that's why it isn't allowed. And I doubt it's that great, if it's made by a couple of newbs. Top sites have their own domain and servers and over like 1,000 members, or have been around for a very long time. Chubbs used to be a very good RPG untill the good RPers got lives and newbs ran around killing everything, and then it got hacked, and then Vj stopped doing stuff or got busy.

How many times does the advertising argument have to come up?

Why can't you advertise? Check the rules page. "The staff owns you." I, being a staff member, say there is to be no advertising on these message boards without express permission and verification from VJ. End of story. You don't like it? I don't care.

I really do not understand what is so hard about this rule. All I'm telling you to do is NOT advertise. Simply fill your life with one less meaningless action. Is that so bloody hard?
