I think it would make more sense if only people with telepathy can contact Baba for the rituals when in Heaven/Hell/etc. More because its communicating through their own ability which, more or less, is earned by their own Rping. Thus making others strive to work harder in their Rps to obtain the Tele-technique in which they can summon themselves back from the dead. Guess it just puts things in a more believable terms opposed to having someone talk to Babe strait out of the blue.
