I wasn't sure if this should fall under "update" or "question," but since I'm asking something, I figured I might as well make it a question.

I've just been wondering if my "Inertia Recoil" move was approved or not. If it isn't, then it'd be great to know. If it is, then nevermind this. Techniques always come last, so I won't bother you all with updating my tech page. Just wanted to know if I could actually use it or not, because I plan on using it soon.

Just as an addition to the move. Sudden direction shifts at the kind of speed your implying would cause quite a bit of physical pain from the stress you're putting on your body as well as the ki drain you mentioned.

Clarification: do you intend to use there "explosions" offensively, or just for movement?

Just for movement. Sorry, I needed to clarify better. If the opponent IS close enough to be hit by the explosion he enacts, it would hurt about as much as poking them.

But the sound it makes when he uses it is similar to a twelve-gauge shotgun...
Yeah, I do realize that there's some pain that will be involved, but the move was meant to involve general relativity, using how space bends around everything, and he would bend that space to change his movement. But that would be too complicated, so I'll leave it as is. Thanks you guys, I was just wantin to know if it was alright or not.
