A certificate doesn't prove that the gun you carry is Airsoft; it simply proves that you own an Airsoft gun.

Like I said, it doesnt matter what it is, it just has to prove you are carrying an airsoft gun. A catalog to show the gun, match the serial number from the certificate to the gun...and the gun must have a maker signature. I doubt that cops would belive its a real gun if they realized it was maid by an airsoft factory.
The point is, its must prove that its an airsoft gun

What sorta dream world do you live Jackie? Coz the one I live in, gun's seen at an airport, your knicked & put in custordy, they'll test the gun, & by the tie you ahve also been seached, & your luggage has been searched you've missed your plane. So tell me oh wise one, how the hell can a cop tell the diffrence between the airsoft version of a pistol, & a real version, when it's seen from about 10-20yrds away?

Do you really think a cop doesnt check out the gun? Also plastic ammo would give a cop some thoughts, dont you think?
Well I do admit carrying it to the airport is not a good idea. But it doesnt mean you cant get your favourite airsoft gun trough. Allthough you should go to the airport early ![]() Ive got a question. Are airsoft guns plastic or are they metal? Or are they both? Also if you dont like the getting trough option, you can always revert to an older version or buying a new gun in Australia. HEY wait a second! Your not from the USA are you?

No.. I'm from the UK, & the gun's are metal..

Quote:Originally posted by Jackie Chun You just don't get it. The guns are only visibly different upon close examination, and even then, you have to know what you're looking for. As you said, plastic bullets would be a bit of a giveaway. But they've already busted you by then, so blah. And nobody carries guns around that you can see? Really? Oh, I'm sure there's a lotta crazy people either in jail or dead now that would beg to differ. Ever seen one of those "World's Scariest Police Videos" episodes? Crazy people wandering around waving guns around, only to be shot because cops can't approach someone armed with a firearm. Damn. You really are living in a dream world. Yep, that's happened over here before. Some guy in his teen's was waving a BB gun around in the air in the park, cop's where called, they saw him waving it about, & shot him inthe god damned leg. How's that for a cop can tell the diffrence then huh?

Well in that case you can forget my dream world advices. I though you were from Canada. And yes from where I come from, that doesnt happen at all.
UK ha? Well in that case only the last two options remain. Either way, you will permanantly loose the PSG-1 you have. Beacuse if the british police was able to stop like-clockwork correct London underground system beacuse of false bombing threats, then they would want to kill you if they saw you with a PSG-1. You think your unlucky? Check out the USA. There even a paper gun is considered a threat. One kid got suspended from school for a short time beacuse he made one. Of course, the most memorable case will be where they suspended a teenager for wearing a kilt on his prom. I mean ok it is wierd.......but dangerous? Come on!
